INSTRUCTIONS:
Every time you run the game it will ask for license. Click accept. Than it will show that you need to dwnld data via wifi. Press the back arrow button (or press and hold the selection , option, depends on software) it will show rockstar/gta screen. Then lock phone then unlock and wait not more than minute.

YOU NEED TO REPEAT THIS EVERY TIME YOU LAUNCH THE GAME! IF YOU WERE ASKED TO DWNLD DATA VIA WI-FI AND CLICKED "NEXT" YOU NEED TO RE-INSTALL THE CACHE
